"Laura recently did a cookie party at our home for the Young Adults Independence Project, a group of young adults with disabilities, sponsored by Jewish Family Services of Milwaukee. Laura was great. Although our group of young adults had a variety of special needs, Laura adapted the tasks and her explanations to each person perfectly. She got the kids involved and helping in a way that was fun for everyone. The cookies were of course fantastic. Each person got to take home a beautifully decorated box of cookies.
